Applicant(s) further agrees that if applicant(s) is accepted by Management and decides, for any reason, not to complete the paperwork and take possession of the property within 48 hours, then all monies paid herewith shall be forfeited and retained by Management as liquidated damages, since other prospective tenants may have been turned away and it may be necessary for management to re-advertise the property and evaluate other applicants.
